* Pan Sauce for Cheap Steaks *
1 Cup of Red Wine
1 tbsp Flour
2 tsp Garlic
2 tsp Shallots
4 tbsp Heavy Cream
1 tbsp Butter

SAUCE DIRECTIONS
How to make pan sauce: First sear the steak. Using fond left from steak add 1/2 cup of wine and let reduce to 1/4 cup while de-glazing. Then cook shallots and garlic for 1 minute. Add flour and cook everything into a paste. Then add 1/2 of wine and dissolve paste well while reducing wine to 1/4 cup. Finish with Heavy Cream first, turn heat off and add butter to finalize. Strain sauce in end and it's DONE!
