▬ Über diesen Kanal ▬▬
Hallo Freunde,
im ersten video wird das Discounter Tomahawk Steak über die Sous Vide Methode zubereitet.
Im zweiten, dass Premium Tomahawk, als vergleich.
Sous Vide ist eine wunderbare Zubereitungsmethode, um ein Steak perfekt auf die Kerntemperatur zu bringen.
Da das Wasser nicht wärmer wird als man einstellt, kann das Steak nicht übergaren.
Im Anschluss muss das Steak nur noch, ungefähr 2 bis 3 Minuten, von beiden Seiten, sowie etwas die Ränder scharf gegrillt werden.

Da es keine Rolle Spielt, ob das Steak ein oder zwei Stunden länger im Wasserbad ist, kann man auch den verspäteten Gästen ein frisches heißes Steak servieren.

Hauptsächlich werden hier Videos zu leckeren selbstgemachten Essen hochgeladen.
Natürlich mit Anleitung, wie es zubereitet wird und den dazu gehörigen Rezepten.

180 Day vs 90 Day Dry-Aged Ribeye, Which Is Better? — The Meat Show

In the second part of a two part episode this week’s The Meat Show finds host Nick Solares back at Delmonico’s. In celebration of the restaurants 180th anniversary chef Billy Oliva is aging beef ribsteaks for 180 days, a normal steak is aged for only 28! In the last episode Solares and chef Oliva visited visited the aging room and tried a steak that was aged 90 days, halfway to 180 day goal. Three months later The Meat Show is back at Delmonico’s to sample the anniversary steak. Is it a fitting legacy for the classic steakhouse? Watch the episode to find out.
