Vitamin C

Antioxidants help fight free radicals, a type of unstable molecule known to damage the immune system.1 There's some evidence that vitamin C may be particularly helpful in boosting the immune systems of people under major stress. To increase your vitamin C intake, add these foods to your diet:
citrus fruits and juices (such as orange and grapefruit)
kiwi fruit
red and green peppers
broccoli
strawberries


Vitamin E

Like vitamin C, vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant. Research suggests maintaining ample levels of vitamin E is crucial for maintaining a healthy immune system, especially among older people. To get your fill of vitamin E, look to these foods:
wheat germ oil
almonds
sunflower seeds
hazelnuts

Zinc

Zinc is an essential mineral involved in the production of certain immune cells. The National Institutes of Health (NIH) caution that even mildly low levels of zinc may impair your immune function.2 Here are some top food sources of zinc:

Carotenoids

Another type of antioxidant, carotenoids are a class of pigments found naturally in a number of plants. When consumed, carotenoids are converted into vitamin A (a nutrient that helps regulate the immune system).3 Carotenoids are better absorbed when cooked or eaten with fat.

Omega-3 Fatty Acids

Omega-3 fatty acids are a type of essential fatty acid known to suppress inflammation and keep the immune system in check.4 Although it's not known whether omega-3s can help fight off infections (such as the common cold), research suggests that omega-3s can protect against autoimmune disorders like Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, and rheumatoid arthritis. आज Dr. Swati Khartode (Consultant Dietician and Ayurveda Doctor) आपको ये बताने वाले है की कोरोना रोगियों के लिए आहार (Diet For Covid Patients in Hindi ) क्या होना चाहिए |

कोविड के patients को क्या खाना चाहिए ? यह जानने से पहले जानते है covid के लक्षण क्या होते है ? इस बारेमें जानेंगे
Covid-19 Symptoms
-भूक कम लगना
-Losse motion होना
-पेट फूल जाना
-पाचन ठीक से नहीं होता
-थकान होती है
-खून में oxygen की मात्रा कम हो जाती है।

कोविड के patients को यह खाना चाहिए (Diet For Covid Patients)
-High vegetarian protein diet - यह vegetarian diet इसलिए क्योकि जो भी हम मांसाहार खाते है , उसके वजहसे हमारे शरीर में inflammation बढ़ जाता है और covid patients में पहले ही inflammation बोहोत होता है इसलिए पाहिले २ हफ्ते केलिए मांसाहारी पदार्थ या non vegetarian पदार्थ का सेवन नहीं करना चाहिए।
-Veg high protein में आप sprouts , दाल , अलसी , तिल , सिंगदाना , दूध और उसके पदार्थ और घी खा सकते हो।
-मरीजोंको vitamin c के पदार्थो का सेवन करना चाहिए जैसे की आमला , संत्री , मोसंबी इनमे बोहोत सारा vitamin c होता है , सबसे आसान तरीका vitamin c पाने का होता है निम्बू पानी या खाने में आप निम्बू use कर सकते हो। इससे शरीर में बढ़ी acidity कम हो जाती है इसके साथ ही dehydration और inflammation भी कम होता है।
-बीटरूट , तरबूज और अनार का सेवन करे इन पदार्थो का आप juice पि सकते हो या काट के खा सकते हो। इसके कारन आपको आपके खून में oxygen की मात्रा बढ़ाने में मदत मिलती है।

Covid में क्या नहीं खाना चाहिए (covid patient ko kya nahi khana chahiye)
-पहले दो हफ्ते केलिए मांसाहार या non veg नहीं खाना चाहिए।
-Bakery पदार्थ का सेवन नहीं करना चाहिए।
-Packaged food नहीं खाना चाहिए
