How COVID-19 Affects the Body

Visit our website to learn more about using Nucleus content for patient engagement and content marketing:

COVID-19 is the short name for the disease known as novel coronavirus disease 2019. Coronaviruses are a large group of similar viruses. Some are known to infect humans, such as SARS-CoV and MERS-CoV. The one that causes COVID-19 is called SARS-CoV-2. All coronaviruses are named for the crown-like “spikes” that cover their surface, called spike, or “S,” proteins. Inside the virus, genetic material, called RNA, is made up of genes. Genes carry the information to make more copies of the virus. The virus can infect you if it enters your mouth, nose, or lungs. Inside your body, the S protein of the virus locks to a receptor on the surface of one of your cells. This can trigger the virus to enter the cell in a couple of ways. It may cause the virus to fuse with the cell surface, then release its genes into the cell. Or, the cell may pull the virus inside by enclosing it in a sac. Once inside, the virus can fuse to the sac and release its genes. Next, the genes use a structure in your cell, called a ribosome, to make new copies of the virus. The new viruses travel to the surface of the cell. There, they can leave to infect more cells. In the meantime, viral S proteins left on the surface of the infected cell can cause it to fuse with nearby healthy cells, forming a giant cell. This may be another way for the virus to spread between cells. People may be infected with COVID-19 for two to fourteen days before symptoms appear. The three main symptoms of COVID-19 are: a fever, cough, and shortness of breath. Other symptoms may include: tiredness, body aches, stuffy nose, sore throat, diarrhea and vomiting, loss of appetite, and loss of smell. Most people have a mild illness and can recover at home. Some people who have the virus may not get sick at all or may show no symptoms. But, if you have trouble breathing, or any other symptoms that are severe, call your doctor or the emergency room. They will tell you what to do. For most people who have the virus, the risk for serious illness is thought to be low. People sixty-five years and older may have a higher risk for serious illness. And, people of any age may be at high-risk if they have underlying conditions, such as: chronic lung disease or asthma; serious heart conditions; diabetes; severe obesity; chronic kidney disease, and liver disease. High-risk groups also include people with a weakened immune system, including: those on certain medications, such as corticosteroids; people in cancer treatment; and those with HIV or AIDS. Even if you aren’t in a high-risk group, it’s important to practice social distancing, which means keeping at least two meters, or six feet, between you and other people. This helps prevent infections and serious illness in others as well as yourself. For up-to-date information about COVID-19 and other ways to prevent its spread, visit the CDC website.

How Grenade Works? 3D Animation 60fps (In Hindi) | ग्रेनेड काम कैसे करता है?

In this video, we'll separate out all 11 Parts of Grenade Interior and learn how it works with the help of 3D Animation. This video, How grenade works will start from a very basic level and will teach you everything about Grenade Interiors.

You might only know that pulling out the safety pin makes the Grenade Blast. But, this is not true. How Grenade Works is a very scientific mechanism and includes a complex chemical circuit. 80% area of grenade interior is filled with Explosive Materials. While the remaining 20% is covered with Chemical Circuit.

In hand grenade, the safety pin is there just to hold the striker lever in place. All the grenade's working mechanism mainly depends on Striker Lever. In the topmost area of Grenade, there is a loaded spring. That loaded spring remains at its position because of Safety Pin only.

Once the safety pin is thrown off, Striker Lever will also be rotated and thrown off with loaded spring only. In this video, you will not only learn about how Time Delay Fragmentation Anti Personnel Hand Grenade Works. But, you will also learn about how an Impact Grenade works.

But, why do Grenade Blasts once the striker lever is OFF? This is mainly because one of the main components of hand grenade i.e. Striker is held by that loaded spring.

Once the loaded spring rotates, then with the help of Gravitation Force and Striker Spring Force, striker goes and just strikers with the Percussion Cap. Not only that, but a little ignition also takes birth whenever striker strikes with a percussion cap. That ignition burns up the Chemical Delay. Which further takes 4 more seconds to reach the detonator. Once the fire has reached the detonator, Grenade blasts off.

In short, with the help of this 3D Animation Video, you will have to learn about components such as Safety Pin, Striker, Filling Hole, Striker Spring, Explosive Material, Percussion Cap, Chemical Delay, Serrated Cast Iron, Detonator and Striker Lever. After learning about all these in this video, you will finally learn how Grenade Works with the help of 3D Animation.

How Coronavirus Kills? Medical 3D Animation (60FPS)

How Coronavirus Kills? Biological & Medical 3D Animation (60FPS): With the help of 3D Animation, in this video, we will mainly learn What happens inside our body once Coronavirus enters or How Coronavirus Kills?

Whether visible to us or not, but when a person coughs, he releases 3000 saliva droplets. And, when a person sneezes, 40,000 saliva droplets are released. The shocking part is that a single saliva droplet can contain as many as 20 Lakh Coronavirus Particles. And, when these droplets are released, they can easily go up to 1 meter with a speed of 300 Kilometers per hour.

But before learning about How Coronavirus Kills, the most important part to learn is, can it float in the air? The first answer is Yes. Coronavirus can float in the air. But in a special case. If the virus or the droplet stays afloat on the dust particles. Then, it can easily enter the body of the person passing by via. inhaling the dust particles. But, Scientists have to date not found any proof that Coronavirus is floating from one person's body to another.

As you know, our whole body is made up of cells. Obviously, Alveoli, Lungs, Bronchioles, Bronchi, Trachea, Stomach, Brain, etc. are all made up of cells. The cell which we're talking about is already shown in the video above. Our body contains a total of 37.2 trillion cells. Actually, these are the ones that help Coronavirus Kill and also which allows Coronavirus to kill a human.

As per the latest Coronavirus Update, Vaccine might still take 6 months at least to come into existence. Needless to say, the Coronavirus Death toll is rising day by day. With the USA or the United States of America being the number 1 country to have a maximum number of Active Coronavirus Cases and Maximum Number of Death Tolls. Various portals have already released Coronavirus Maps. Indian Government has also tried it's level best to release a Mapping of Coronavirus with the help of the Arogyasetu App.

In my upcoming or next videos, We might be able to learn, What is the science and Technology behind Ventilators. And, even when the mechanism of How Coronavirus Kills is already known to scientists, researchers are saying it might take more than a year for the world to release the Coronavirus Vaccine.

How did the recent outbreak occurr?
The recent outbreak of coronavirus is believed to have occurred in a market for illegal wildlife in the central Chinese city of Wuhan. Chinese health authorities and the WHO are investigating the outbreak of the recent coronavirus.

Is the recent strain fatal?
Since it's a new strain, there is no specific vaccine that can treat it. However, according to the WHO, many of the symptoms can be treated & therefore treatment based on the patient’s clinical condition. However, it has already killed over 169,000 globally.

What steps have taken so far to check it spread? The Chinese govt initially locked down Wuhan - the epicenter of the virus outbreak. However it was too late. The virus has spread to all continents now, except Antarctica.

How is india responding to the outbreak?
India has expanded screening of international travellers. Few Indian travellers who were found with the coronavirus strain have been isolated and treated before their release.

Dassault Rafale: Overrated OR Gamechanger? An Overview (3D Animation 60fps)

Dassault Rafale: Overrated OR Gamechanger? An Overview (3D Animation 60fps)

3D Animation is 'EXPENSIVE'... Help me create the next video & get some amazing & cool perks on Patreon:

In this video, with the help of 3D Animation, we will learn about specifics of Rafale Fighter Jet. We'll study the mechanical aspects of Dassault Rafale and will Technically Analyse each and every important part of Rafale. All this we'll do just to learn Why Rafale is So Special?

We'll start from the very basics. Actually there are three different variants of this multi-role fighter aircraft i.e. Rafale B, Rafale C and Rafale M. This third variant i.e. Rafale M is for French Navy and since India has not purchased it, so we won't talk about that in this video. What we should keep in mind is that one main difference between Rafale B and Rafale C i.e. Rafale B is a trainer variant, while Rafale C is a fighter variant.

India has purchased a total of 36 Rafale Aircrafts from a company based in France called Dassault Aviation. Out of which 6 are Twin Seater training ones i.e. Rafale B aircraft and the remaining 30 are Rafale C aircraft. Now before we do a scientific analysis of each part of Rafale, listen to a small and interesting anecdote (inside the video) of this Rafale B Aircraft i.e. this Training Variant.

Now let's talk about Rafale's Mechanical and Technical Analysis. So keep in mind that from this tip to this tail, the length of Rafale is - 15.30 meters. And from here to here, Rafale has a Wingspan - 10.90 Meters. Apart from this, from land to the top of the tail, Rafale's height is - 5.30 meters. These are the wings of this Jet Fighter, the area they have covered is 45.7 square meters. Now whenever a Dog Fight takes place, what matters the most is - which fighter jet can carry how much weight. To understand how much weight Rafale can carry, let's first take a look at its external loads (a very good cinematic look inside the video).

How FASTag Works? (3D Animation 60FPS)

In this 3D Animated Video, we will learn about How FASTag Works & What is the technology behind it. FASTag works on the basis of RFID Technology. Not only technology, but we're also going to learn about the FASTag Fraud happening on the road these days. Also, we'll find out the exact ways of saving ourselves from FASTag Fraud. Apart from that, we'll learn why is it mandatory to keep the distance of at least 4 meters between your car and the car next to you.

NOTE: This video is created in 60FPS. Creating a video in 60FPS takes twice the time and effort in comparison to normal 24FPS or 30FPS video. In short, I request you to please watch this video in 720p60 in Mobile Phones and 1080p60 in Laptop/Computer.

Government of India has released a total of 7 different colours FASTag. First being, Violet Colour Fastag for Car, Jeep Van etc. Second being Orange Colour Fastag for Minimum and 2 Axle Light Commercial Vehicles. Those who're willing to know How FASTag Works, first need to learn that Axle is that part of the vehicle which helps in connecting and rotating Wheels of the vehicle. Third, being Green Colour Fastag for 2 Axle Bus and Trucks. Fourth being, Yellow Colour Fastag for 3 axle bus and trucks. Fifth being Pink Colour Fastag for 4, 5 and 6 axle bus and trucks. Sixth being Sky blue colour Fastag for trucks having more than 7 axles and 7th being Black Colour Fastag for HCM (Heavy Construction Machinery) and EME (Earth Moving Equipments) like JCB etc.

Full form of RFID technology is Radio Frequency Identification Technology. This means, a kind of technology that works based on Radio Waves in Electromagnetic Spectrum. In simple words, there are two main components of RFID technology, first this RFID Tag. This is also known as FASTag. And, the second one is this RFID Scanner, which Scans the Fastag. As soon as your car enters this lane, RFID Scanner starts scanning the FASTag sticker pasted on your car. Now, all that which is visible in this RFID Tag e.g. Tag ID, Bank Name, Customer Care Number is kind of useless in working. Most important parts to know if you're serious about learning How Fastag works are Chip and Antenna.

This chip contains all the details of your FASTag which are held responsible in calculating the total toll to be deducted. For example, Vehicle Class, Vehicle Weight, FASTag ID, Vehicle Registration Number and Wheel Base i.e. Distance between 2 axles. In this manner only, if this RFID Tag is put on humans, it will tell their details.

As soon as the information is collected, the RFID Scanner sends all the details to Toll Plaza Computer. Maybe you would have seen the Toll Plaza Computer Screen for the first time here. It shows Toll Owner, Transaction Number, CCTV Recording, Date and Time, Vehicle Weight, Temperature and Lane Information.

COVID-19 – How Vaccines Work and a Search for the Answer

This animation explains how vaccines work within the body. When antigens, any substance that is perceived as dangerous, enters the body, an immune response is triggered causing a recognition of the foreign invader, activation of defense cells, destruction of the antigen, and creation of memory cells for future use. Components involved in the immune response include white blood cell such as T-lymphocytes and B-lymphocytes, macrophages, and antibodies. B-lymphocytes produce proteins specific to each antigen called antibodies. Antibodies bind to invading antigens tagging them as an invader to be destroyed by the T-lymphocytes and then eliminated by the macrophages. Even after the body has removed the threat of infection, a few immune cells are retained as memory cells to quickly attack if the same antigen is encountered. When the body encounters potentially lethal antigens such as Ebola, influenza, or COVID-19 the immune response that usually takes a few days, can be too long with a fatal outcome for the infected individual. Vaccines offer a solution to this problem by utilizing a weakened or dead version of the antigen allowing the body to produce antibodies and memory cells that can quickly jump into action to destroy the actual antigen when encountered by the body. The development of vaccines is an extremely long and complex process often taking ten to fifteen years and including identification of various antigens from the virus, production of the vaccine, extensive testing, verification, and trials to gather data about the effectiveness of the vaccine. In the case of COVID-19, governments from around the world have worked to remove many of the traditional production regulations streamlining the process and hoping to reduce development time to between twelve and eighteen months with hope from many companies for the release of a vaccine by early 2021.
