Respiration is the primary function which is very important in the human body. A right respiration technique helps in proper function of the lungs and also boosting the immunity.
With the right amount of respiration time and proper technique, the respiration system can be strong enough to cope with any diseases pertaining to the lungs and respiratory system.
Definitely, having a good respiratory organ will not defend the Coronavirus completely but it will provide us with a system to fight against it, even if we are affected by it.

Ho'opono'pono Breathing Technique to build the lungs and boost the immune system.

This breathing technique is done in 7 sets. Below is one set:

Inhale for the count of 7
Hold for the count of 7
Exhale for the count of 7
Hold for the count of 7

Continue breathing in this pattern for 7 total sets.
This builds and strengthens the lungs. Continue this practice everyday.
For beginners, remember:
1 set is good
2 sets are very good
3 or more sets are excellent

De-stressing immune boosting progressive muscle relaxation technique

As part of our focusing on lifestyle choices and immunity ???? week,
and creating long term health improvements.

Ben has created this great little video explaining the benefits of progressive muscle relaxation technique

Share this one with your friends and family, I’m sure most of us would benefit during this stressful and uncertain period.

To complete this whole body technique follow this progression:

Chest - Take a deep breath. Beginning with the abdominal area, fill the lungs with air while feeling the tension in the chest area from the expanded lungs. Expire from the top of your lungs to your abdomen while relaxing.

Right foot and lower leg - Keeping the heel down, curl the toes back until tension can be felt in the ankle and calf muscle.

Right upper leg - Tense the top of the upper leg (quadraceps) and the bottom of the upper leg (hamstring).

Left foot, lower leg and upper leg - Repeat the process identified in numbers 2 and 3.

Right hand and forearm - With the palm down, lift the hand until tension can be felt in the top of the hand, the wrist and the forearm.

Right upper arm - Tense the bicep and tricep.

Right shoulder - Shrug the shoulder toward the ear and roll the head toward the shoulder so that shoulder and ear are touching.

Left hand and forearm, upper arm and shoulder - Repeat the process identified in numbers 5, 6 and 7.

Jaw area - Without damaging the teeth, bite down until tension can be felt in the jaw area.

Mouth - Purse the lips as if whistling.

Chin - Place the bottom of the tongue on the roof of the mouth and push upward.

Forehead - Wrinkle the brow.
