Why the usage of infrared thermometer, sanitizer tunnels should not be used each and everywhere. The basic work of washing your hands properly and using sanitizers on hands-only will be effective more than using masks each and everywhere. Self-safety can be acquired by using masks and washing hands properly. Who are the people who can go out and do the daily chores? How people below 40 can work without fear of the virus. Travel only when necessary, do the things only which are necessary. The usage of vitamin D for increasing immunity can be crucial.

Ho'opono'pono Breathing Technique to build the lungs and boost the immune system.

This breathing technique is done in 7 sets. Below is one set:

Inhale for the count of 7
Hold for the count of 7
Exhale for the count of 7
Hold for the count of 7

Continue breathing in this pattern for 7 total sets.
This builds and strengthens the lungs. Continue this practice everyday.

Ha breathing technique, discover how to flow through the Ha breathing process with ease. And how to build energy within yourself using Haaaaa as you breathe, relax and focus.

This breathing technique is exceptionally powerful. It is also incredibly simple and easy to do. Follow through with guidance from SurgingLife founder Stephen Frost, and head into your first round of successful Ha breathing and energy building as you do.

As you follow along with the simple steps in the video, you will create the foundations that enable you to build your energy any time you wish to.

That is how powerful this energy technique is.

Just breathe in the way shared with you, and feel the positive shifts within you as your energy levels increase.

Two of the really important things to remember before you start doing anything else, are that energy flows to where your focus is. Plus this technique works best when you are in a seated position.

So first up, knowing that energy flows where intention goes. It is worth keeping your focus on your solar plexus as you breathe. With every inhale and exhale, keep your attention and focus on your solar plexus. Why? Because your solar plexus is your prime energy store.

From your solar plexus the energy can then flow calmly and smoothly to where it is needed in your body. If you have no focus, or your focus is all over the place, you will potentially start to feel light headed and maybe dizzy. There is a noticeable shift in your energy when you are ha breathing. So keeping focused is important.

In keeping focused you get much more efficient use from the energy you build up.

If you wish you can also use the energy to help with healing and pain relief as outlined in the video.

With other applications of this energy are focused and flowed into manifestation and law of attraction work. Emotional and mental release. Plus spiritual development.

For the Ha breathing process itself the simple steps are as follows:

1. Get into a comfortable seated position.
2. Place your focus on your solar plexus, or where you wish the energy to flow to.
3. Inhale through your nose using your diaphragm.
4. Pause.
5. Exhale slowly through your mouth, for twice the duration of your inhale, whilst making the “Haaaaa” sound.
6. Pause.
7. Repeat.

It is that simple.

If you being to feel light headed, or in any way uncomfortable, pause or stop. You will either need to modify your technique to ensure you are doing things effectively. Or you have built up so much energy that it is spilling over and through you.

Because it is a calm and peaceful energy it will dissipate smoothly, and you will feel fine again very quickly.

Such things are rare. For most people the experience is positive in a profound way. With the energy helping to calm, relax and enhance a positive frame of mind. Whilst also empowering to achieve good things.

Ha breathing is a very spiritual technique. And the Huna tradition that it comes from can foster a huge degree of good within the lives of those who practice it. Within the Hawaiian spiritual system which is encompassed by Huna, Ha breathing forms a foundational technique or process.

The ability to build energy, then direct that energy into other things, is what enables Huna practitioners to achieve many of the results that they do.

That said, for anyone doing any type of work involving energy, Ha breathing brings some amazing benefits. As you can readily increase the amount of energy in your energy store at will. Just from a few simple breaths.

Remember to flow steadily with your breathing, and maintain your focus. Ensure that you exhale slowly through your mouth, for twice the duration of your inhale. Keep to that 2:1 ratio. If your inhale breath is 3 seconds, then exhale slowly through your mouth while making the haaaaa sound for 6 seconds. And pause between your inhale and exhale breaths. Then pause again after your exhale, prior to repeating.

You can repeat the process as much as you like. Extending out to minutes or even hours.

Turn your ha breathing sessions into a meditation, an ha breathe for one hour or so. It is exceptionally calming and will have your energy in a fairly amazing state when you finish. Plus you will feel very relaxed. If you wish to take time getting used to this breathing technique prior to going for one hour then do. To complete this whole body technique follow this progression:

Chest - Take a deep breath. Beginning with the abdominal area, fill the lungs with air while feeling the tension in the chest area from the expanded lungs. Expire from the top of your lungs to your abdomen while relaxing.

Right foot and lower leg - Keeping the heel down, curl the toes back until tension can be felt in the ankle and calf muscle.

Right upper leg - Tense the top of the upper leg (quadraceps) and the bottom of the upper leg (hamstring).

Left foot, lower leg and upper leg - Repeat the process identified in numbers 2 and 3.

Right hand and forearm - With the palm down, lift the hand until tension can be felt in the top of the hand, the wrist and the forearm.

Right upper arm - Tense the bicep and tricep.

Right shoulder - Shrug the shoulder toward the ear and roll the head toward the shoulder so that shoulder and ear are touching.

Left hand and forearm, upper arm and shoulder - Repeat the process identified in numbers 5, 6 and 7.

Jaw area - Without damaging the teeth, bite down until tension can be felt in the jaw area.

Mouth - Purse the lips as if whistling.

Chin - Place the bottom of the tongue on the roof of the mouth and push upward.

Forehead - Wrinkle the brow.
