The Soldier Who Continued Fighting WWII 29 Years After It Ended, Because He Didn't Know

The Unwilling Soldier of Three Armies

In this video:

Running into battle armed with a broadsword, bow, and quiver of arrows was perfectly acceptable if you were fighting in the Hundred Years’ War or fending off some orcs on Middle Earth. But when it comes to World War II, such medieval weaponry looks like child’s play next to the technology of the time. A sword isn’t the most likely of defences against rifles and tanks. However, for John Malcolm Thorpe Fleming Churchill, nicknamed “Mad Jack,” there was nothing he’d rather arm himself with than a trusty sword and bow.

Jack Churchill: The Man that Killed a Nazi with a Longbow

This is a poorly acted, decently edited documentary I edited. This is all true, as hard as it is to believe from the poor actors have shown. If those that did act in this see this, well you know it's true.

The man who shot Nazis with a Longbow 'Mad' Jack Churchill

Starting a new series of videos about my Archery heroes. I thought I would start off with my favourite, the tale told to me when I was about 8 or 9 by Hugh Soar, I have always enjoyed Hugh's stories, but the tales of Jack Churchill pretty much sums up being British and an archer.

The Medic Who fought a War without a Weapon

Desmond Doss was not your average hero.
He would become a Medal of Honor recipient, the United States of America's highest and most prestigious military award, as a combat medic who saved many of his comrades lives in battle without firing a single shot - because he did not take a weapon into combat because of his religious beliefs.
