Best Way To Learn a Language in 3 Months (Blueprint 1/2)

I learned a lot more about language learning since I made this video in 2012. If you are interested in actually speaking your target language with a native speaker in 90 days, check out the

More than 500 language learners around the world went through it already and we have plenty of case studies where language learners actually spoke with a native speaker in 90 days on video. Some started from scratch, some built on what they learned in the past, regardless, they got result they didn't expected. The #Add1Challenge works.

Here are the case study videos:

The original post, titled How to learn any language in 90 days was written by Maneesh Sethi from HackTheSystem.com and it had been featured on Zenhabits, Lifehacker and shared by Tim Ferriss on Twitter and Facebook.

Its a great blueprint to follow for language learning, so I broke it down into 3 simple parts in this video:

0:22 Someone got slap by a girl because he did not learn german language the right way and said something wrong. Don't let that happen to you!

0:46 Part 1 - Overall Strategy of learning a new language

1:04 Part 2 - Da Game Plan broken down by months

2:36 Part 3 - The Resources you need to implement the best way to learn a language in 3 months

4:38 Behind the scene footage

To test this blueprint myself, I am taking on the Learn German Language in 3 Months challenge to see if this blueprint actually works. You can see why I am so motivated by watching this video

Ultralearning - How to Rapidly Learn and Master New Skills - SUMMARY

Scott Young incorporates the latest research about the most effective learning methods and the stories of other ultralearners like Ben Franklin, Judit Polgar, and Richard Feynman, as well as a host of others, such as little-known modern polymaths like Nigel Richards who won the World Championship of French Scrabble—without knowing French.

Young documents the methods he and others have used and shows that, far from being an obscure skill limited to aggressive autodidacts, ultralearning is a powerful tool anyone can use to improve their career, studies, and life. Ultralearning explores this fascinating subculture, shares the nine principles behind every successful ultralearning project, and offers insights into how you can organize and execute a plan to learn anything deeply and quickly, without teachers or budget-busting tuition costs.

Ep. 237: Tackling Amazing Learning Challenges Through Ultralearning W/ Scott Young

Greetings, SuperFriends!

Today we are joined by Scott H. Young. Scott is a writer who undertakes interesting self-education projects, such as attempting to learn MIT’s four-year computer science curriculum in twelve months and learning four languages in one year. His recent book, Ultralearning: Master Hard Skills, Outsmart the Competition and Accelerate Your Career is published by Harper Business August 6th, 2019, the exact same date that this episode came out.

I wanted to have Scott on the show because for many years I've been following his work - I think that the way he approaches learning challenges is super interesting. We obviously share the same interests and passions - in fact, we are both publishing a book around the same time.

I actually pushed my book's launch back for a month because Scott told me that he is publishing now, and we thought it's a better idea for both of us to have a fair margin of time between the two launches. Scott is one of the few people I respect so much that I'm willing to delay my book's launch for.

I wanted to bring Scott on the show to learn how we are similar in our beliefs, how we are different, and find out what we can learn from each other when it comes to - well, you guessed it - learning.

This is a super fascinating episode, which I'm sure you will thoroughly enjoy!

WDS 2019 Main Stage Keynote - Scott Young on the Best Way to Learn Anything

“How would you do things, if doing them well were all that mattered?”

Scott Young encouraged the WDS 2019 audience not to equate learning with school. Instead, he shared the concept of Ultralearning — a self-directed and aggressive strategy for learning. He challenged the community to not focus on the things we are trying to learn or achieve, but to consider the method and motivation needed for achievement.
