Queen Elizabeth and members of the Royal Family, including the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, are expected to attend along with a handful of celebrities such as Cindy Crawford, James Blunt and Ellie Goulding.

After the wedding in Windsor Castle chapel the Queen will host an afternoon reception in St George’s Hall before the celebrations continue – probably into the early hours – at the Royal Lodge in Windsor Great Park.

A fairground has been erected, complete with a Ferris wheel, dodgems and a coconut shy.

The Queen's granddaughter, 28, admitted to being nervous ahead of her big day but added she couldn't wait to exchange vows with her boyfriend of seven years, an interview with Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford.

Jack described his future wife as a bright shining light while Eugenie said he was so humble and generous.

Princess Beatrice helps Princess Eugenie into Aston Martin

Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank have enjoyed an afternoon reception inside Windsor Castle's St George's Hall organised by the Queen where the 850 guests enjoyed finger food and wedding cake all washed down with Pol Roger champagne. MailOnline can reveal that during a series of tear-jerking speeches the Duke of York broke with royal tradition to give his new son-in-law a hug in front of the Queen. Jack's speech was ‘filled with devotion to Eugenie’ and he told his new wife she 'lights up his life and makes him feel complete'. Poignantly the father of the bride then waited by the castle door (top left) and held her train (main picture) as she climbed into a rare DB10 Aston Martin with the help of older sister Beatrice (right). Tonight Eugenie's divorced parents will host 'one hell of a party' at the family home, insiders have said. The Royal Lodge has had a fairground set up in the garden, complete with dodgems and a coconut shy and after a wild night tonight the celebrations will go into Saturday, with a 'more relaxed' bash with a 'festival vibe' lasting all day. Prince Andrew and Sarah, the Duchess of York, have brought in the company who helped plan the Beckhams' reception for their daughter's own celebrity-packed royal wedding attended by A-listers including Naomi Campbell, Liv Tyler, Demi Moore, Robbie Williams, Ellie Goulding, James Blunt and Kate Moss. The Queen and the Duke of York have paid for Eugenie and Jack's three wedding parties from their own funds, the Palace has said.

How Princess Eugenie's Reception Dress Broke Royal Protocol

It’s been a big year for royal weddings, and while Princess Eugenie may have had to settle for the second-most-watched royal wedding of 2018, 3 million viewers and 3,000 attendees is nothing to scoff at. The daughter of Prince Andrew married Jack Brooksbank on October 12, 2018, but apparently, she made a bit of a faux pas at the reception.

Protocol dictates that royal brides wear white wedding dresses made by British designers, but Princess Eugenie ignored both of these unstated rules at her wedding reception, opting for a pink gown from Zac Posen, an American designer. Some couldn’t care less, while traditionalists are greatly offended, so let’s look at how Princess Eugenie’s reception dress broke royal protocol.
