We Went on One of the LONGEST FLIGHTS in the WORLD (while pregnant!) | Qantas Perth to London

Interested in picking up some battery packs for your upcoming trip? Head to Mophie at for all the products mentioned in the video.

Thanks to Mophie for partnering with us on this episode.

We needed to get from Australia all the way to Europe for our Christmas holiday...so we caught one of the longest flights in the world - 17.5 hours direct from Perth to London whilst Jess is pregnant.

The Qantas 787-9 Dreamliner is one of the only direct flights that you can take from Australia to Europe. It's amazing that less than 70 years ago it would take 4 days and have 7 stopovers...now we can just do it direct.

They Fit 1,000 People on Record Flight, See How

An incredible record was set during a rescue operation in Ethiopia on May 24, 1991. The Boeing 747 was able to take well over 1,000 passengers on board! Naturally, it wasn’t a comfortable flight with all the business class perks. All the seats in the plane were removed to accommodate this colossal crowd. The original plan was to load only 760 people on board. But the refugees had no luggage at all, and each person didn’t take up much space.

Guinness World Records put the official number at 1,088. But other sources say between 1,078 and 1,122 passengers boarded that plane. Hard to get an exact headcount when you’re squeezing as many people as you can into an aircraft. One thing’s certain: when this rescue plane arrived at its destination, there were 2 more passengers on board than when it took off – yes, two babies were born during the 4-hour flight! But that was back in ’91. Could the largest airplane in the world today break this record?

Inside Qantas's 20 Hour Test Flights

Qantas has long explored the feasibility of Project Sunrise, an initiative that would connect Sydney Australia directly to London and New York City. Currently, there is no plane that's capable of making the trip with a full load of passengers. However, Qantas will soon conduct a series of unique test flights in which brand-new 787's straight off the factory floor will be used to test whether the human body can survive such a grueling journey. What will those test flights look like? Let me explain...

What It Takes To Be A First Class Flight Attendant For Emirates

Correction: The video incorrectly states the number of crew member applicants a year. Emirates receives approximately 144,000 applicants a year. The video incorrectly states that only veteran and first class attendants get to staff events. Any level Cabin Crew can staff events, not just limited to first class or veteran crew. Insider regrets the errors.

Emirates Airline has over 20,000 flight attendants in their cabin crew. We spoke with Siti Nurazlin to see what it's like to be a first-class flight attendant for the luxury airline.

WORLD’S LONGEST OVERNIGHT BULLET TRAIN (All-Time Record)!

I experienced the world's longest overnight bullet train which is a all-time record! This is an overnight train vlog on the longest bullet train in the world. Within the video I overall show what it's like to test the world's longest bullet train. The train runs on the china high speed rail system. Comparing this to past bullet train experiences such as the Shinkansen (Japanese bullet train) this one blew me out of the water. It truly was incredible to experience what it was like to test the worlds longest bullet train. It truly makes you ask the question, is this the future of travel over airplane travel? Personally I hope the US will build high speed rails like this in the future! Enjoy this train vlog / capsule hotel train… of a video

Now, if you are new here on the LivingBobby channel I love to travel through taking trains from bullet trains to overnight trains to overall first class experiences! How Flight Attendants Are Trained

Each year, 100,000 people apply for a position as a Delta Air Lines flight attendant, but only 3,000 people get the job. That's because it’s much more than being a waitress in the sky. We visited Delta's flight attendant training facility in Atlanta to see how they're trained for emergency evacuations and medical emergencies.

World's longest nonstop commercial flight lands in Sydney | DW News

Australian airline Qantas has made aviation history, setting a new record for the longest non-stop commercial flight. The journey from New York to Sydney was part of a series of test flights to help the airline launch new ultra-long-haul routes. To give the plane sufficient fuel range, the Boeing 787 Dreamliner took off with a full tank, a restricted baggage load, and just 49 people on board.
