One Curry Base - 20 Plus Indian Curry Recipes | Hotel Style All-Purpose Curry Base Gravy Recipe

1 ग्रेवी से बनाये 4 सब्जियां रेस्टोरेंट जैसी घर पर
Gravy Masala - Oil 4 tbsp, Cumin seeds 1 tbsp add Onion paste 2 cups, Saute well then add ginger 1 tbsp & garlic 1 tbsp then add Tomato Puree 2 cups
Chilli powder 2 tbsp, Coriander 2 tbsp, Turmeric 1/2 tsp, Salt 1 tbsp, Garam Masala 1 & 1/2 tsp, Mix well, Simmer 25 min (low to med flame), After 15 minutes, Cook until Oil realeased meand Gravy Masala perfectly cooked. Gravy Masala ready, you Can be refrigerated for 7 days.

Recipe 1 Paneer Matar Masala
Butter/ Oil 2 tbsp then add Kasuri methi 1 tsp then add Prepared Gravy Masala 1 cup, saute well then add Cashew paste 3 tbsp
Saute well, add Water (warm) 1/2 cup, then add peas and paneer & Simmer 5 minutes, final add Corinader & Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Paneer Matar sabji ready

Recipe 2 Mix Veg Kolhapuri
Oil 2 tbsp, Cauliflower 1 cup,Capsicum 1/2 cup - Saute 2 minutes then add Peas, Carrot, Beans 1/2 cupPeas, Carrot, Beans 1/2 cup - Saute 2 min (high flame),]
Then add Kashmiri chilli powder 1/2 tsp - keep low flame then add Prepared Gravy Masala 1 cup, Add all Vegetables, Mix well, then add Water (warm) 1/2 cup
after add Cream 2 tbsp - mix well, Simmer 5 to 10 minutes final add Simmer 5 to 10 minutes.

Recipe 3 Aalu Matar Sabji in 5 minutes
Oil 2 tbsp, Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp then add Prepared Gravy Masala 1/2 cup, add Peas (frozen) 1/2 cup & Potato 1 cup (boilied) and mix weell final add coriandersaute well
Recipe 4 Moong ki Sabji
Oil 2 tbsp, Curry leaves 5 thne add Prepared Gravy Masala 2 tsp- saute well then add cooked moong (Soaked overnight & Whistle 4) then add warm water 1 cup
Simmer 5 minutes and then add coriander,

Today's Recipe is All Purpose Gravy 50 plus Indian curry recipe | One Curry Base | Hotel Style Curry Base

With this base gravy you can make many Indian curry recipes.

Many of this recipe can be made within 5 min with this gravy


Ingredients for the curry :
Cashew Nuts - ½ cup
Melon Seeds - ½ cup
Warm Water - ½ cup
Cooking oil - 2 tbsp
Bay leaf - 2 pcs
Whole garam masala - 1 tbsp
Onion - 2 large, chopped
Curd - 1 cup
Mustard oil - ½ cup
Ginger garlic paste - ½ cup
Tomato - 2 large, chopped
Salt - 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - ½ tbsp
Water - ¼ cup
Salt - 1 tsp



MATAR PANEER

Cooking oil - 1 tsp
All purpose gravy
Green peas - ¼ cup
Paneer Cubes - 100 grms, slightly fried
Kasuri methi - ½ tsp

DUM ALOO.
Mustard oil - 1 tbsp
Semi Boiled Potato - 2 medium
Cumin seeds / jeera - ½ tsp
Whole red chilli - 1 pc
All purpose gravy
Green Peas
Coriander Leaves

EGG CURRY
Mustard oil - 2 tsp
Onion - 1 small, sliced
Boiled Eggs - 3 pcs
All purpose gravy
Kasuri methi
Garam masala powder - ¼ tsp
Coriander leaves

सीखें 5 मिनट में रेस्टोरेंट टाईप सब्जियाँ बनाकर एक महीने तक स्टोर करने का सही तरीका/4 Different Flavors

Method-

For Gravy-

Take 1/2 cup Oil in kadai

Add 1 spoon cumin seeds and q spoon methi seeds also

After a minute, Add 2 spoons ginger garlic paste

Roast a minute then add 4 large chopped onions, mix well and cover

After 2 to 3 minutes, add 1 spoon coriander powder, 1 spoon cumin powder, 1 spoon garam masala powder, 1/2 spoon turmeric powder, 1 spoon red chilli powder

Mix well & roast for a minute

Add 10 cashews/almonds and roast for a minute

Now add chopped 4 tomatoes and salt

Mix & cover for 3-4 minutes

Cook on medium heat

After 4 minutes, switch off the flame and cool

After cooling, blend into a mixer grinder without water

U can store this thick paste in airtight container for 1 month in freezer


Now divide this thick paste masala into 4 bowls

1. For Ladyfinger/Bhindi masala-

Cook 500gm Ladyfinger pieces with little salt for 3-5 minutes

Add 1 bowl masala and little water, mix well and cook only 2 minutes

Restaurant type Bhindi Masala is ready ????


2. For Lahsuni Paneer Tikka Masala-

Take 250 gm Paneer slices

Add 1 spoon Crushed garlic, salt, 1/4 spon turmeric powder, red chili powder,1 spoon lemon ???? juice or according to your taste

Mix well & spread Paneer in hot nonstick pan

After 30 seconds, turn & cook another 30 seconds on high flame

Now add 2nd bowl masala and 1/2 cup water

Mix well, cover and cook only 2 minutes

add 2 spoon cooking cream or malai & half spoon roasted kasuri methi powder ( optional)

Lahsuni Paneer Tikka Masala is ready

3. For Aachari Gobhi -

Boil cauliflower/Gobhi pieces in normal water with 1 spoon salt

After 4-5 minutes, strain Gobhi and keep aside

Heat 2 spoon mustard oil in pan, add 1 spoon panch foran(take fenugreek seeds, nigella seeds, cumin seeds, black mustard seeds, fennel seeds in equal parts)

Roast for a minute, add boiled Gobhi and mix well

Add 3rd portion masala paste with 2 spoon water

After 2 minutes, add 1 spoon dry mango powder(aamchur powder)

Mix well & spicy sour Aachari Gobhi is ready

4. Coconut flavor Besan sabji-

For Besan chilla-
Mix 2 spoon Besan, salt, green chili, green coriander leaves, salt, ajwain seeds, turmeric powder (according to your taste)

Add 1/2 water and make a medium batter

Heat tawa, add 1 spoon oil then pour half batter

Spread batter on tawa

Add more oil

After 30 seconds, flip besan chilla

Cook for a minute on medium flame

Remove chilla and repeat next batch

For Coconut Flavor Besan Sabji-
Heat pan ,add 4th bowl masala paste, add 1 bowl water also

Mux well & cook 2 minutes on high heat then add besan chilla pieces

Add 1/2 cup grated fresh coconut & green coriander leaves also

Immediately switch off and Coconut flavor Besan sabji is ready

* Ginger (अदरक) - 50-60 grams
* Garlic (लहसुन) - 50-60 grams
* Oil (तेल) - 1 big serving spoon
* Onion (प्याज) - 16 pieces/1 kg
* Tomatoes (टमाटर) - 8 pieces
* Green chili (हरी मिर्च) - 4 chopped

FOR GRAVY:
* Oil (तेल) - 2 serving spoons
* Bay leaf (तेज पत्ता) - 2
* Small cardamom (छोटी इलायची) - 5
* Cinnamon (दाल चीनी) - 2
* Cloves (लौंग) - 6-7 pieces
* Black cardamom (बड़ी इलायची) - 1
* Cumin seeds (जीरा) - 1 tsp
* Ginger Garlic Paste (अदरक लहसुन पेस्ट)
* Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) - 1 tsp
* Red chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1 tsp
* Tomato Paste (टमाटर पेस्ट)
* Salt (नमक) - 1 tsp
* Onion paste (प्याज का पेस्ट)
* Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर) - 2 tsp

INGREDIENTS
1. Onions - 1/2 Kg
2. Tomatoes - 1/2 Kg
3. Ginger Garlic Paste - 4-5 Teaspoons
4. Chilli Powder - 5 Teaspoons
5. Salt - 4 Teaspoons
6. Turmeric Powder - 1 Teaspoon

This gravy could be used for 4-5 days if put in fridge or if put in freezer, it could be used for up to 1 month.
Heat 2 tablespoons oil. Fry chopped onions. Close the lid and fry. These could be cooked in a cooker also. Fry till onions become transparent. Add 5 teaspoons ginger garlic paste. Fry for 2-3 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon turmeric powder and mix. Add 1/2 kg diced tomatoes. Cook till tomatoes become soft and oil seeps out of them. Add 5 teaspoons chilli powder, 4 teaspoons salt and mix. Cook on low flame for 5 minutes. Here I didnít add any spices other than salt and chilli powder. Other spice could be added while making the curry. After gravy thickens, cut off the flame and let it cool down. Grind it into a paste and store it in a container. This could be used for 4-5 days if put in fridge or if put in freezer, it could be used for up to 20-25 days. Let's see a method to freeze it. Take an ice tray, fill it with the prepared paste and seal it with a plastic wrap. Freeze it. Let's see another method to freeze it. This could be freezed in a zip lock bag also. Fill the zip lock bag with the prepared paste, seal it without air and put it in the deep freezer.
After 1 day, we can see that the cubes froze. Take as many cubes as desired and cook the curry.

Let's see how to make potato green peas curry.
Heat 2 tablespoons oil. Add tempering. Here I used cumin seeds. Add diced potatoes, green peas. Let it cook for 5 minutes. Add chopped green chillies. Add prepared basic curry cubes. Here I used 3 cubes. Seal the rest of the cubes and put it back in the deep freezer. Mix. Add 1 cup water. Add desired spice. I used 1 teaspoon coriander seeds powder and 1 teaspoon coconut powder. After gravy thickens, sprinkle garam masala powder.

Let's see how to make tindoora curry.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil. Add cumin seeds, 2 green chillies, chopped tindoora and cook for some time. Add 2 teaspoons basic gravy curry. Add 1 cup water. Add 1 teaspoon sesame seeds and any other spices. This will be very useful for working women and bachelors.
